Hi, my name is Neil Harding.
I have been in this business for more than two decades. During this time I have worked in two main areas, being audits and taxation compliance. As an auditor, I have been responsible for the audit of public listed companies, non-profit organisations and numerous sporting bodies. I have also played a significant part in a number of due diligence exercises resulting in capital raisings. My experience in taxation includes all levels of taxation legislation and compliance with this legislation.
I consider one of my strengths is being able to solve tax-related issues and I pride myself on being current and up to date at all times. I also have a wealth of experience in superannuation funds, including retirement phase and the development of a myriad of pensions. I also enjoy and have done a number of problem solving tasks for businesses to enable them to move forward and be successful.
Over the years I have also taken a number of roles within community organisations and one of my key positions at the moment is being on the Board of the Ipswich Hospital Foundation. I also spent ten years on the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce, three of those years as President. This enabled us as a group to speak collectively for businesses.
